How to share a suspected weakness in a Soft Task system responsibly.
Send a useful report
Email vulnerabilities@softtask.co with the affected URL or component, a concise description, the observed impact and safe reproduction steps. Include contact information if you would like a response.
Protect people and systems
Do not access other people’s data, disrupt services, use social engineering or continue beyond the minimum evidence needed to demonstrate a concern. Avoid sending secrets or personal information in the report.
Coordination
This page provides a reporting contact; it does not authorise testing outside an agreed scope or establish a paid bounty. The security team will assess the report and coordinate appropriate next steps.
