How SOFT TASK India handles enquiries, recruitment correspondence and website operation.

SOFTTASK (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED operates this India website under the Soft Task brand. The India contact address is 302, 3rd Floor, The Arcade at Brigade Meadows, Kanakapura Main Road, Bengaluru 560082, Karnataka, India. Send privacy questions to privacy@softtask.co.
Information and purpose
Enquiries may include your name, email, organisation, area of interest and message. We use this information to understand the request, route it and reply. Recruitment information is used to review and respond to the relevant application or expression of interest. Do not submit passwords, payment details, identity documents or confidential client files through the initial enquiry route.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and protects forms with Turnstile. The shared softtask.co form service uses Resend for notifications, acknowledgements and newsletter confirmation emails; company correspondence is received in Google Workspace. India project notifications go to office@softtask.tech. Cloudflare D1 stores newsletter and confirmation records. Authorised providers and group teams may process information internationally.
Your choices
A project enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Cookie preferences in the footer let you allow analytics cookies, use cookieless measurement or turn Google Analytics off. You can ask to stop enquiry follow-up or request access, correction or deletion through privacy@softtask.co. Proportionate verification may be needed. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the processing and law involved.
Retention
Unsuccessful project enquiries are retained for 12 months after the last meaningful contact. Unsuccessful recruitment applications are retained for six months after the process ends. Legal obligations, active disputes or documented exceptions may require longer retention. Responsible teams review and delete records under that schedule.
Security and changes
Technical request information and anti-abuse checks help operate the site and prevent misuse. Access is limited according to the purpose. Product services and client projects may have separate notices and agreements. This notice is reviewed when the processing changes; its displayed update date identifies this version.
Optional newsletter
Newsletter sign-ups join the global Soft Task list shared with softtask.co. A separate consent choice and email confirmation are required. Sending a project enquiry does not subscribe you. Unsubscribe through the link in newsletter emails or contact privacy@softtask.co. Unconfirmed records are removed after the confirmation expiry plus seven days; active subscriptions remain until unsubscribe or a deletion request.
Website analytics
Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-YKT6NR2ZWK) measures website use. Analytics cookies are denied by default, while limited cookieless signals can be sent under advanced Consent Mode. You can stop all future Google Analytics collection using Cookie preferences. If you allow cookies, Google can measure repeat visits and sessions. Advertising features remain disabled. We do not deliberately send contact-form or newsletter fields to Analytics, and page URLs are configured without query strings or fragments. Google may process analytics information internationally.
