Send workplace concerns to grievance@softtask.co with the relevant facts and a safe way to contact you. Describe the issue and the people or process involved without sharing unnecessary sensitive records in the first message.
Appropriate handling
The shared inbox routes the concern to the responsible people and applicable local process. A central contact does not remove the obligations of the relevant legal entity or any statutory complaint procedure.
Respectful process
Concerns should be handled with appropriate confidentiality, fair consideration and professional conduct. This route does not prevent contact with a competent authority or use of rights available under applicable law.
